What you need to do next

Before you bring your dog to us for Hydrotherapy Treatment you need to visit your Vets and get them to send us a Client Registration Form Alternatively if you give us a call we will contact them on your behalf. As long as the Veterinary surgeon is satisfied that they have seen your dog recently and they are considered 'fit to swim' they will be happy to sign a referral form.

On notification from your Vets that you are interested in Hydrotherapy treatment for your dog we will contact you to discuss a suitable time for your first session, or you can contact us yourselves.

This first session will take approximately 1 hour. It will involve an individual assessment of your dogs condition in a relaxed atmosphere with a gentle introduction to the water. We will talk about your dogs condition and give advice on things you can do at home to help things along, and ensure you are giving them the most appropriate exercise regime. Measurements and weights will be taken to use as a benchmark to measure the progress of your dog.

All sessions following the initial assessment will last approximately 30 minutes.

Payment can be made at each session or if purchased in advance as a block of 10 you will receive a 10% discount. For Insurance claims we will expect you to pay for the treatment and claim back the money from your insurance company. We are happy to help you in anyway during this process.

Feedback will be given to your Vets to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of your dog. We recommend that you take your dog for check ups through out the duration of their treatment to ensure they are able to see the improvements for themselves and check they are happy with everything.

Please read our terms and conditions document and FAQs before attending your first session.

The welfare of your dog is paramount to us. We will not rush anything. We will spend as long as is necessary with them to ensure they are relaxed and at ease.
